How much do you charge?
Our hourly rate is $90/hr. We also charge a $100 diagnostic fee for call-outs, which is waived if you accept the quote. We always give you a cost indication before starting any work — no surprises.
Do you do free quotes?
For bigger jobs like renovations, yes — we provide free quotes. For smaller jobs, we can usually give you a ballpark over the phone so you know what to expect.
How soon can you come?
For urgent jobs, we aim for same-day service. Non-urgent work is usually within a couple of days. We try to give the shortest possible turnaround time.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga CBD, Te Puke, and the wider Bay of Plenty region.
Are you a registered plumber?
Yes. CJ is a registered certifying plumber with the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (PGDB).
Do you do gas or drainlaying work?
We subcontract gas fitting and drainlaying work to licensed specialists. This means you still get the job handled through one point of contact — we coordinate the right people for the right work.
